"Pretty good overall :)"
I ordered from Fete Fone and it was mostly right. One of the items wasn’t the exact color I chose, but it still worked fine, so I just kept it. Delivery was decent too! Overall, not a bad experience, but I do think they should double-check orders a little more before shipping them out.

I mean... it feels decent at first. Not bad or anything. But once I actually held it and used it a bit, it just didn’t feel super solid. Kind of average. It’ll probably do the job, but I wouldn’t say the material feels especially sturdy.

I was really hoping the website would be improved by now, especially since they made it sound like updates were coming, but it still feels messy and old. The colors don’t really go together, and a few pages look half-finished. browsing it was frustrating because it doesn’t feel like they followed through on making it cleaner or more modern.

I had to follow up twice about my refund, and it definitely took longer than I expected. They did eventually send the money back, so I can’t say it was a total disaster, but the whole process felt slow. Also, the constant aggressive reminders from them were annoying, especially when I was the one waiting on the refund.

"Okay selection, but I expected a little more"
Fetefone had a decent enough selection, and I did end up finding a couple of things that were useful. But reading between the lines, it feels like the variety isn’t quite as strong as it first looks. A few items I was hoping to find were either missing or only had one option available. It’s not a bad place to shop, just kind of average in my experience

I wanted to like it, and there are definitely a few things about it that are decent, but I kept feeling like I paid way more than I should have. It’s not terrible, which almost makes it more frustrating, because the value just doesn’t really match the price.

The phone itself works fine, so no complaints there, but the packaging was disappointing. The box showed up crushed and there was barely any padding inside, which is not what I expected for the price. On top of that, I’m not thrilled that the terms seemed to change from what I originally thought I was agreeing to. Just feels like the whole experience could’ve been handled better.

"Paying by card felt totally fine"
I paid by card and didn’t feel worried at all. The whole payment process came across as secure and straightforward, which definitely gave me a good impression.

The description was mostly accurate, but a few details were off, and that’s on them. It’s frustrating when you buy something expecting what was listed and then realize they couldn’t be bothered to get everything right

"Cracked after just a couple weeks"
I guess the timing was just bad, but this case cracked within two weeks of using it. I wasn’t doing anything unusual with it, so it was disappointing to have it break that fast...

"Tracking wasn’t much help"
I ordered from Fete Fone the tracking was frustrating. For days it barely changed and just kept saying “processing.” Then out of nowhere, it suddenly showed as shipped. The package did arrive in the end, so at least there’s that. But I was basically left guessing where it was the whole time, which wasn’t a great experience.

"Really unclear replies"
I asked a few simple questions, but the answers I got back were vague. It felt like they did not really read my messages properly. I had to keep chasing them just to get basic information, and that made the whole experience more annoying than it needed to be

"Showed in stock, but wasn’t"
Maybe it’s just me, but if a site says a phone is in stock, I assume I can actually buy it. I placed the order, paid, and then sat around for a few days with no update at all.
Eventually they told me it was actually out of stock and that I could either wait or cancel. Frustrating and felt like a waste of time. They really need to keep their stock info updated

"I ordered something from Fete Fone but..."
I ordered something from Fete Fone but ended up needing to return it since it wasn’t really what I was looking for. The return info was easy to understand, and I didn’t have to go back and forth too much, which was nice. The refund wasn’t Instant or anything, took a few days, but it did come through. I do wish the updates were a little quicker, but overall it was a good Experience.

"Decent site, but it could be easier to use"
Overall, I’d say Fete Fone is okay, but it still feels like it needs a bit of polishing. It’s not a bad website, and I was able to get around, but the experience wasn’t as smooth as I hoped.

When I first opened it, the site loaded fine and I could browse through most of the pages, but the layout felt a little cluttered in places. Some pages were quick, while others felt slower or a bit confusing. Clearer menus and more straightforward info would make it much easier to use.

"Warranty support actually came through"
I had to wait a little longer than I expected, but in the end they took care of the issue and got it fixed. Based on my experience, the process wasn’t the fastest, but the warranty support did what it was supposed to do

"Really frustrating exchange experience"
Not gonna lie, trying to exchange my phone was such a pain. It took forever to get replies, the instructions weren’t clear, and I kept getting bounced from one person to another. Even after all that, it still didn’t feel properly sorted. I wouldn’t use them again.

"Just didn’t feel right to me"
I don’t know, something about them just didn’t feel trustworthy to me. Maybe it was the way things were explained, or maybe I was already tired from running errands that day and drinking lukewarm coffee in the car, but I couldn’t shake the feeling that I shouldn’t go with them.
